How is the consultation?
Prepare for your consultation by using a document (that I'll send you) and returning it to me at least 24 hours before our appointment. This allows me to begin to get to know you.
The Ayurvedic consultation is a one-on-one discussion during which I will ask you many detailed questions about various areas (current health problems, symptoms, health, family, emotions, elimination, etc.). I will examine your face, your nails, and ask for a photo of yourself and your tongue. This way, I can gather all the necessary information about you.
The goal of this initial consultation is to obtain as much information as possible in order to identify the root cause of the symptoms you wish to focus on (indeed, Ayurveda treats the cause and not just the symptoms of a condition). I will then begin to provide you with information on how I intend to balance you. But don't worry, you will receive all the details in your recommendations.

What are my recommendations? When will I receive them?
Two days later, I will send you two separate, comprehensive documents with recommendations. The first will focus on the best nutrition for you (based on your doshas and current state), while the second will focus more on lifestyle and herbal supplements. These recommendations are comprehensive and cover various areas: diet, hydration, medicinal plants, body care, lifestyle, yoga, breathing, detoxification, etc. I will also explain your Ayurvedic constitution and your current state.
Ayurveda considers each person uniquely. These few days are therefore important for me so that I can understand the entire pathogenesis and come back to you with the best recommendations.
If necessary, we can exchange emails to discuss your recommendations.

Does the consultation include herbs or supplements?
Of course, plants and food are not included in the consultation price and you will have to purchase them yourself. I will give you all the links to buy herbal medicine online.
Is the follow-up consultation mandatory?
As always in Ayurveda, it depends. Of course, if you have an advanced imbalance, I'll recommend a follow-up every 3 to 6 months to really make significant progress together. We'll discuss it together in all cases and see what's best for you.
Is it really effective in helping me?
Ayurveda has existed for over 5,000 years and is still used today precisely because it is so effective. And it can help everyone: from the sick to the healthy person seeking greater well-being.
