How is it going ?

Before the appointement, you have to complete an informative health document to send me back at least two days before the meeting.

This Session 1: Making contact & specific and detailed evaluation of the patient's physical and mental health

This first appointment is in two parts: a discussion and an examination. During the dialogue, I will ask you a lot of very detailed questions on various areas (current health concerns, symptoms, health, family, emotions, elimination ...). Then, it will be the ayurvedic examination with pulse-taking, examination of tongue, facial lines, and nails ... in order to confirm your constitution and assess your imbalance in Ayurvedic terms.
The purpose of this first interview for me is to get a maximum of information in order to find the cause of the problems at the source of the symptoms you want to focus on (Indeed, Ayurveda treats the cause and not just the symptoms of a pathology).

Session 2 : the recommendations

This second meeting is scheduled at least two days after the first.
Ayurveda considers each person uniquely. So these few days are important to me so that I can understand all the pathogenesis and can come back to you with the best recommendations.
During this session, I will first explain you your Ayurvedic constitution. Then we will discuss the recommendations. The aim is to agree on what you want or can do. These recommendations include different areas: food, hydration, herbal medicines, body care, lifestyle, yoga, breathing, detoxification ...
This second appointment can be done via call.

The various products offered in the context of these recommendations (herbs, special treatment ...) are not included in the price of the service. They will be ordered if desired.

Ayurvedic Consultation follow-up

Duration: 1 session (40min / 1h)
Payment : 40 Eur

First, we summarize the results of the implementation of the recommendations following the first interview. Then, we discuss new recommendations to further improve the situation.

The various products offered in the context of these recommendations (herbs, special treatment ...) are not included in the price of the service. They will be ordered if desired.
